Indoor Exhibition Space – Bare Space

Bare SpaceBare space is exactly what it means where we provide you with just bare flooring. Taking up a bare space will allow you the freedom to design and construct your own stand to meet your individual organization needs. Minimum booking for bare space is at 36 square metres. Stand designs would require prior approval from the organizer before construction commences. Double storey stands may be permitted at the discretion of the organizer.

 

Cost:
Ground floor bare space – RM2035 per sqm
Upper floor space for double storey stands at an extra cost of RM1020 per sqm

 

Indoor Exhibition Space – Walk-on Stand Package

Shell Scheme BoothA shell scheme booth provides you with a ready built unit ranging from a minimum of 9 sqm right up to 27 sqm. This type of booth is inclusive of partitioned side and back melamine walls at a height of 2.5metres, a fascia board with your company name, fluorescent lights (quantity depending on the size of your booth), 13 Amp power point (quantity depending on the size of your booth), 1 x information counter, 2 x easy arm chair, 2 x flat/slope wall shelving, 1 x brochure rack and carpeting. Additional furnishing of the booth is at your own expense.

 

Cost:
RM2260 per sqm

 

Outdoor Exhibition Space – Gazebos

GazebosGazebos are free standing structures that are offered should you require a booth that is in proximity to your static display that is not suitable for internal display. Each gazebo is 6m x 6m and includes carpeting, 4 x flourescent lights, 2 x 13 Amp power point sockets, 1 x square table, 3 x easy arm chairs, 1 x coffee table, 3 x single seater sofa, 1 x wash basin with water inlet and outlet, fascia name placed on top of the glass panel structure and perimeter fencing.

 

Cost:
RM43,000 per unit

 

Outdoor Exhibition Space – Corporate Chalets

Corporate ChaletsCorporate chalets are free standing structures that will give you the exclusivity of having your own private booth away from the rest. You’ll be able to entertain guests in a very private ambience. The corporate chalets come in three unit sizes and are equipped with a timber deck where you’ll be able to see the air displays in the comfort of your booth.

Double storey 12m x 8m

Outdoor Bare Space

Outdoor bare spaceOutdoor bare space is on tarmac and is for free standing exhibits. Power supply is available but not included. Free standing exhibits may be supplemented with gazebos where permissible.

 

Cost:
RM1,650 per sqm

 

 

Aircraft Static Display

Static DisplayOutdoor space is available should your organization choose to present aircrafts on static display. Charges will be based on aircraft empty weight. Aircraft static displays can be supplemented by gazebos or corporate chalets where permissible.
