Delegations Visits Programme
LIMA 2011 expects to again deliver senior government officials from around the world. The LIMA 2011 delegations team is committed to providing a comprehensive delegates programme to exhibitors. A request form will be made available to exhibitors, after which exhibitors will receive an exclusive programme of all delegation’s visit to their stands for the duration of the event.

One-On-One Meetings
LIMA 2011 will once again organize the One-on-One Meetings between local Government delegates and exhibitors. These meetings will be held at their respective offices at the event or on your stand depending on the delegates itinerary. Request forms will be forwarded to all exhibitors by mid-2011.
*Please note that this service is ONLY applicable to exhibitors. All requests are subject to the availability of delegates and appointments are considered tentative unless notified in writing by the Organiser.

Memoranda of Understanding
Co-organised with the Ministry of Defence, LIMA 2011 will provide a platform for companies wishing to participate in the official LIMA 2011 Memoranda of Understanding and Signing of Contracts. The event will be witnessed by the Right Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia (subject to availability) and will be held within the exhibition premises.
